Euro Racing suspension training course

From the month of September, the Training Courses for Suspensions will resume at our headquarters.
The courses are dedicated to operators in the mechanical sector or for those wishing to undertake this training course, in order to open a business related to the subject in the future.
They can be customized according to needs and requirements, with dedicated and specialized technicians who will follow you in a specific way, offering lots of practice in the field.
During the performance, the equipment and accessories necessary to carry out the work are presented/used.

Individual course with a maximum limit of one/two people.

Duration 2 days - from 9.30 to 13 and from 14.30 to 18.00

Topics covered:

• Technique and theory of the hydraulic function in suspensions, including behavior references during use.
• Static and dynamic recordings.
• Methodology for disassembling, checking and restoring cross/road forks.
• Trademarks traded between WP Xplorer, WP 48AER, eventual Showa and/or Kayaba.
• WP PDS/Link shock absorber Emulsion road shock absorber. Purging techniques with vacuum and/or manual systems.
• Conversion of latest generation air and/or oil forks with specific K-tech kits.
• Notes on electronic suspensions including an overview of Tractive Suspension
• Adjustment of the setting of the suspension adjustments. (lamellas, registers, free passages, coupling tolerances, smoothness, etc.)

The materials used for the course may vary according to their availability.
