MWR | Racing WSBK airfilter for Kawasaki ZX 6R / ZX636R 2009-2025
Custumized “WSBK” full racefilter for ZX6R , ZX636R , ZX6R 636 → ’09/’25 , Installation like original filter , no modifications needed.
The “WSBK” filter is developed in coorporation with KRT , MV Agusta Reparto Corse and BSB Superbike teams with a new style very exclusive custumized airfilter for race & trackbike only.
The shape of the filter is adapted to the airbox and made a big as possible wich increases the filtersurfase enormously.
We were able to increase the filtersurface from 50 to 100% , depending on the bike . A bigger surface = less restriction = more power & better protection.
These new style “WSBK” filters are build from two different foam materials , placed on a conscious place to create equal airflow as much as possible over all cylinders.
Unlike all other sportsfilters the “WSBK” filter creates a much better , equal airflow over all cylinders.
Remapping the ECU or Fuel Control Module is highly recommended

More & bigger surface means less restriction , a better protection and the performance increase is in this case enormously.
All WSBK filters are handcut handcut and handglewed.
These new style WSBK filters are build with two different kind of foam materials . One part is foam material used for our roadbikes , the rest is the foam material for the full racefilters . The roadmaterial is placed on a conscious place to create the same effect as the splitterplate on our “HE” & “R” filters.
For the fueling you need to approach the same way as with our "HE" & "R" filters . This means tune each cylinder separate and secondary injectors separate from the main injectors.
