Milling Tool for shock absorber M12 / M16 KYB - Showa - Euro Racing Tool

The purpose of this kit is to remove the material in exceed, as a safety protection from the factory, over the shock shaft on the KYB  - SHOWA shock.

Shaft tool kit composition:
The kit is delivered with two different tool dimension, 14mm and 20mm. Both of them with an inner pin as a centering purpose.

Based on the kind of shock the tuner is working on, here are the different connections between the milling tool and the inner pins:

- KYB SHOCK TOOL CONFIGURATION 12mm shims, USE THE 14mm MILL TOOL WITH 5.00mm INNER PIN

- SHOWA SHOCK TOOL CONFIGURATION 12mm shims, USE THE 14mm MILL TOOL WITH 3.60mm INNER PIN

- SHOWA SHOCK TOOL CONFIGURATION 16mm shims, USE THE 20mm MILL TOOL WITH 3.60mm INNER PIN

RIGHT WORKING RPM:

- 14mm 430 RPM

- 20mm 320 RPM
